Sky Stone Silver uses fast and reliable shipping methods to get your items to you quickly and economically.
Stock Availability & Despatch
All items are in stock and ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We ship orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. If you need your item/s sooner, please contact us (or make a note on your order) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries, charged at a flat rate of AUD15, which includes insurance, signature on delivery and tracking. For all purchases over AUD250, shipping is free*!
Most packages should arrive within 3-5 business days of despatch, but please note that this is Australia Post’s estimate.
International Shipping
We use Australia Post for international deliveries; shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD30, which includes signature on delivery and insurance. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, so we suggest you refer to Australia Post’s website for more information.
Damaged Packages
Please refuse delivery of damaged or opened packages. Insurance is null and void if you accept a damaged package.
* Please note that if you return items to us that were eligible for free shipping because you change your mind, the cost of shipping the items to you will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund.
Returned Items
Items must be returned within 3 weeks of the delivery date and must be in the original condition in which they were supplied.
Refunds
All refunds are made via the same method as payment received. Unless your purchased product was faulty, shipping, insurance, and payment processing costs are non-refundable.
We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% on refunds.

None of your payment details are stored, nor do we have access to your credit card or financial information.
